˙älskar Beauty can waive the shipping fee when the net purchase amount reaches HK$800.
˙Items sold are non-refundable
˙Post office boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
˙The delivery address must be in Hong Kong (additional charges apply to outlying islands)
˙When the payment for the order has been confirmed, the goods will be sent out within 7 working days (Monday to Friday 10am-7pm). There is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please make sure there is someone to sign for the goods during the delivery time.
˙If the customer chooses to pick up the parcel at the EF Express smart locker but does not receive the pickup notification from SF Express because there is no space in the smart locker, please WhatsApp 9673-5545 to obtain the tracking number and contact SF Express directly to arrange the pickup arrangement
˙In case of black rainstorm warning signal/typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service on that day will be suspended.
˙All orders must be signed for. If there is no one to sign for the goods and it is necessary to arrange delivery again, a shipping fee of HK$60 will be charged.
˙älskar Beauty will not verify the recipient’s identity and will not be held responsible.
˙If the goods you receive are damaged, damaged or incomplete, please inform us via WhatsApp to 9673-5545 within 7 days, and we will have a dedicated person verify the order content. If it is found that this is caused by an error in älskar Beauty's online shopping, we will arrange to replace the product free of charge, and the company will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred.
˙If the customer does not make any application for return or exchange of goods within 7 working days, it means that the transaction of ordering goods is completed, and the company does not have to bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement of goods.
˙All products sold through älskar Beauty online shopping cannot be exchanged at any älskar Beauty store. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
˙When returning or exchanging goods, please use the original packaging carton to properly package the goods you want to return. Do not leave any missing or damaged outer boxes. Do not paste stickers or write on the goods themselves or their packaging.
˙If any of the above terms are not met, return service will not be provided
älskar Beauty reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the final decision of älskar Beauty shall prevail
